District Masters Points are calculated as: 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1  per current season District tournaments for Pros and Amateurs.  These are qualifying Points for the Season End - Reiny/State Ams/Pro Masters Top 8 Playoffs. If there are less than 8 entries in a Pro division District Masters Points are calculated as: 3,2,1,0.5,0.5,0,0,0.

Pro District Hall of Fame points are cumulative Lifetime District Master points.

Amateur Move-Up points are calculated as: 1, 1, 1, 1, .5, .5, .5, 0 per current season District and State tournaments and are cumulative for the current season, plus past two seasons.

For tournaments with less than 16 teams for doubles, Move-Up points are calculated as: 1, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5, 0, 0, 0. It takes 5 points to move up to the next level.

For tournaments with less than 16 players, effective November 6, 2021, the format will be changed to 12 frame non-walking singles. For those tournaments with less than 16 players, Move-Up Points will be as follows:
13-15 Players: 1, 0.5, 0.5, 0, 0.5, 0.5, 0, 0
10-12 Players: 1, 0.5, 0, 0, 0.5, 0.5, 0, 0
Less than 10 Players: 1, 0.5, 0, 0, 0.5, 0, 0, 0

Reduced Move-Up points will not apply to statewide tournaments played outside of the Central District.
