District Meeting Representation The President of each FSA member club located within the Central District is entitled to vote in all District General Meetings. Those Presidents unable to attend in person may nominate an individual to represent them in any given District meeting. Those Club Presidents desiring to exercise that option shall submit written notice to the District President with the name of their representative and the effective date(s) of said representation. The notice must be delivered to the District President prior to the start of the meeting. Any other shuffler may attend the meeting as an observor but may not vote on any matter.
